The XDP HD intercooler pipe with billet adapter XD364 is a reliable upgrade for 2017–2024 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. The factory intercooler pipe, constructed from plastic and rubber, is prone to failure under heavy load and towing conditions. When it fails, it often does so while hauling, leaving the truck stranded. The XD364 eliminates this risk by replacing the weak factory pipe with a heavy-duty, long-lasting solution.

This upgrade features a 3" mandrel-bent, bead-rolled steel pipe for maximum durability and flow. Reinforced silicone couplers and heavy-duty T-bolt clamps provide secure, leak-free connections. The included billet aluminum adapter is CNC-machined and black anodized, designed to snap into the OEM location for a simple, bolt-on installation. No tuning or modifications are required, and an O-ring (XD459) is included to complete the install.
