Shipping Policy

At WWM Performance, we work hard to process and ship orders as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the following shipping information before placing your order.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, manufacturer lead times, holidays, or order volume. Some specialty, oversized, or drop-shipped items may require additional handling time.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Free Shipping

Orders over $250 qualify for free shipping within the continental United States unless otherwise noted. Certain products and product categories may be excluded from free shipping, including but not limited to:

  • Freight items
  • Oversized or heavy products
  • Transmissions and large drivetrain components
  • Certain special-order or drop-shipped items

If an item does not qualify for free shipping, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or a member of our team may contact you regarding additional freight charges before shipment.

Shipping Outside the Continental United States

Shipping outside of the continental United States is subject to cancellation. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • U.S. territories
  • International destinations

Additional shipping charges may apply to these locations. WWM Performance reserves the right to cancel and refund any order that cannot be shipped at a reasonable cost or through available carriers.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. WWM Performance is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged, retain all packaging materials and contact the shipping carrier as well as WWM Performance promptly to begin the claims process.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

WWM Performance is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages, weather-related delays, or delivery issues once an order has left our facility. However, we will assist customers in working with the carrier whenever possible.
