The Extreme Diesel Performance XD243 Fuel Tank Sump with Integrated Fuel Return is a clean, efficient solution for custom fuel delivery on trucks equipped with aftermarket fuel systems. Featuring a one-hole design, this sump requires drilling only a single 3-inch hole for installation, significantly simplifying the process.

A precision-machined O-ring groove ensures a secure, leak-free seal, while the inner retention ring is designed to seat inside the tank without requiring tank removal. This allows for a true no-drop installation that saves time and effort.

What sets this sump apart is the built-in fuel return port, allowing return fuel to be routed directly back into the tank without additional fittings or system modifications. An internal stand pipe positions the return fuel above the feed pickup, preventing aerated fuel from being drawn back into the supply line and helping maintain consistent fuel quality.

Constructed from aircraft-grade T6 billet aluminum, the XD243 sump includes barbed fittings for 1/2-inch fuel hose, with all ports threaded at 1/2-inch NPT for broad compatibility with aftermarket fuel systems.
