The XDP fuel system contamination kit – no pump (stock replacement) XD613 is designed to restore proper fuel system function in 2017–2019 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. The factory CP4 injection pump is a known failure point, and when it fails, it often sends metal fragments throughout the entire system. Contamination affects injectors, rails, lines, and hoses, making replacement of these components the only reliable way to prevent future damage. Simply flushing the system does not ensure complete debris removal.

This kit provides all the major components required to get the truck back on the road, while allowing you to choose your own high-pressure pump, such as the S&S Diesel 6.7F-DCR CP4 to DCR conversion. Replacing the injectors, lines, and rails ensures that new components are not contaminated by debris from the failed pump, DEF contamination, or water intrusion.
