The XDP fuel system contamination kit – no pump (stock replacement) XD611 is designed to restore proper operation after a CP4 pump failure or other contamination issues such as DEF or water intrusion. The factory CP4 injection pump in Ford Super Duty trucks is a well-known failure point, and when it fails, debris is sent throughout the fuel system. This debris can damage injectors, fuel rails, lines, and other critical components. Simply flushing the system is not enough to guarantee removal of all contaminants, so replacement of key parts is required.

This kit provides all of the major components necessary to get the truck back on the road while allowing the customer to select their own high-pressure pump, such as the S&S Diesel 6.7F-DCR CP4 to DCR conversion. By replacing injectors, lines, and rails, the risk of contaminating the new pump and components with debris from the failed unit is eliminated.
