The XDP Billet Tow & Race Series Flex Plate XD648 is built to handle the extreme demands of modified Dodge Ram trucks. Whether used for racing, sled pulling, or hot shot towing, the increased power and stress placed on the drivetrain can quickly cause a factory flex plate to fail. Stock units are prone to developing heat spots from the torque converter, which can lead to cracks and even complete failure under repeated heat cycles. The XD648 flex plate eliminates these issues with superior strength and durability.

Constructed from billet steel forgings, this flex plate is engineered to withstand up to 1,500 lbs. ft. of torque. It is precision-balanced for smooth operation and SFI 29.3 certified for use in high-performance diesel applications. A black oxide finish adds extra corrosion resistance, ensuring long service life even under harsh conditions. This makes it ideal for highly modified trucks used in competition or heavy-duty towing applications.
