Improve airflow, turbo response, and long-term reliability with the WCFab Stage 1 Intercooler Pipe Upgrade Kit. Designed for the 2017-2019 L5P Duramax, this complete kit replaces the restrictive factory intercooler piping with larger-diameter, one-piece aluminum pipes that eliminate common failure points and improve charge air flow.

The factory hot side pipe features a restrictive resonator and multiple joints that can become boost leak sources over time. WCFab replaces it with a one-piece 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum pipe that eliminates the resonator and center boot for smoother airflow and improved durability. On the cold side, the factory plastic and rubber assembly is replaced with a heavy-duty 3.5-inch aluminum pipe featuring a CNC-machined flange with dual O-rings and an upgraded silicone boot capable of handling significantly higher boost pressures.

Manufactured in the USA from heavy-duty 14-gauge aluminum tubing, each pipe features smooth mandrel bends to maximize airflow while maintaining factory sensor locations and mounting points. The kit installs with basic hand tools, requires no tuning, and is fully compatible with stock trucks.
