Improve airflow and replace the restrictive factory hot-side intercooler pipe on your Ford 6.7L Power Stroke with the Wehrli Custom Fab 3" Hot Side Intercooler Pipe. This driver-side upgrade replaces the factory 2.5-inch pipe with a larger 3-inch design, providing approximately 7% greater airflow while maintaining direct bolt-on compatibility with an otherwise stock truck.

Constructed from 14-gauge mandrel-bent aluminum, the pipe provides a smooth, high-flow path for boosted air while offering the strength needed for demanding diesel applications. A CNC-machined billet aluminum flange uses dual O-ring seals to provide a secure connection and help eliminate boost leaks. The upgraded silicone boot and stainless steel T-bolt clamps also replace the factory connection components for improved durability under elevated boost pressure and temperature.

No tuning or additional performance modifications are required for installation. The kit includes the intercooler pipe, upgraded connection hardware, O-rings, and a new retaining clip for a complete bolt-on installation. Multiple powder coat finishes are available to complement your engine bay.
