Build a high-horsepower custom deck plate Cummins engine with the Wagler Competition Products +1.00" Connecting Rod Set. Designed specifically for 5.9L and 6.7L Cummins deck plate engine applications, these extended-length forged connecting rods provide the strength and geometry required for specialized competition and high-performance engine builds.

Each connecting rod is forged in Michigan from 4340ACQ certified material and features Wagler's HD beam design. Increased beam thickness, additional strengthening ribs, 3D profiling, and larger radii help increase strength while reducing potential stress concentrations under extreme cylinder pressure and engine loads.

The rods are precision honed to specification and feature an oil groove and oiling hole in the pin end. Wagler's tongue-and-groove locator design accurately aligns and locks the connecting rod cap into position, helping eliminate cap offset and maintain a true bore.

At 1.00 inch longer than standard-length rods, these connecting rods are engineered exclusively for custom deck plate engines. Additional engine block machining is required for installation, making these rods intended for purpose-built engine combinations rather than direct replacement applications.

Each matched set is balanced to within +/- 1 gram and includes heavy-duty ARP L19 1/2-inch fasteners. The rods receive a standard shot-peened finish for additional durability in demanding high-performance applications.
