Build a stronger bottom end in your 2001–2016 GM 6.6L Duramax with the Wagler Competition Products Connecting Rod Set. Designed for high-horsepower and high-torque diesel applications, these forged connecting rods provide a substantial strength upgrade for performance engine builds while maintaining compatibility with factory-style pistons.

Each connecting rod is forged in Michigan from certified 4340ACQ material and utilizes Wagler's updated I-beam design. Increased beam thickness, additional strengthening ribs, 3D profiling, and larger radiuses are incorporated to improve strength and reduce potential stress concentrations under extreme cylinder pressure and engine loads.

The rods are honed to factory specifications and designed to work with factory pistons without requiring additional piston clearancing. Wagler also incorporates a precision tongue-and-groove locator system that helps accurately align and lock the rod cap into position, reducing the possibility of cap offset while maintaining a true connecting rod bore.

Each set is balanced to within +/- 1 gram and supplied with ARP2000 7/16-inch fasteners. The connecting rods receive a standard shot-peened finish for additional durability.
