Built from a genuine OEM valve body core and upgraded with heavy-duty internal components, this valve body is engineered to handle increased horsepower, higher line pressures, heavy towing, and demanding driving conditions.

Designed to address common factory valve body failures, this upgraded assembly improves hydraulic control, enhances clutch holding capability, and delivers more consistent transmission performance under load. Every valve body is assembled by experienced transmission technicians and tested on Tier One's in-house valve body dyno before shipment.

Important Notes:

  • Fits 68RFE transmissions only.
  • Does not fit trucks equipped with the AS69RC transmission.
  • Transmission relearn procedure is required after installation.
  • OEM lock-up solenoid must be transferred from the original valve body to the replacement unit.
  • Take care not to lose the lock-up solenoid check ball during installation.
  • Requires a refundable $500 core charge unless a usable core is supplied in advance.
