The Tier One Ford 6R140 Valve Body is a complete, drop-in replacement designed for 2017–2019 Ford F250 and F350 Super Duty trucks equipped with the 6R140 automatic transmission. Built as a fully assembled unit, this valve body includes new solenoids, pistons, connectors, and internal components, providing a reliable solution for repairing transmission issues or replacing a damaged valve body after a failure.

Manufactured using a reinforced cast-aluminum housing, the Tier One valve body is engineered for durability and consistent hydraulic control. The strengthened design helps resist warping and cross-leaks while maintaining proper fluid pressure throughout the transmission. This makes it an ideal replacement for stock valve bodies that may suffer from shifting problems, internal leaks, or damage caused by catastrophic transmission failures.

In addition to its OEM-style construction, this valve body features enhanced sealing and pressure management upgrades that target common problem areas within the 6R140 transmission. Improved sealing in the main line, solenoid regulator, reverse, clutch control, torque converter clutch (TCC), and solenoid apply circuits helps reduce pressure loss and improve shift consistency and reliability.

A modified cooler thermostat is also integrated into the design to help lower transmission operating temperatures.
