Synergy Caster Sleeves 8612-24 | 2005-2023 Powerstroke 6.0L, 6.7L

The Synergy 8612-24 caster sleeves are designed to improve suspension geometry when lifting or leveling 2005–2023 Ford F-250/F-350 4WD trucks. Leveling or lifting can cause factory caster settings to decrease, which affects steering feel and return-to-center. These sleeves correct the issue by restoring caster to factory specifications, helping to minimize steering wander and maintain proper handling characteristics.

Each Dana 60 ball joint sleeve shim provides 2.4 degrees of caster adjustment and -1 to +0.4 degrees of camber adjustment. Made from high-strength 1045 steel and zinc plated for corrosion resistance, the sleeves are durable and maintenance-free. No modifications are required for installation, making this an easy upgrade for leveled or lifted trucks.
