The 2015–2019 6.7L Powerstroke is known for developing leaks at the upper oil pan due to factory RTV silicone breaking down over time. The SPE Motorsport Upper Oil Pan Gasket Kit replaces the factory silicone with a modern gasket solution, providing a cleaner, more reliable seal.

This kit uses a bonded nitrile rubber gasket mounted to a rigid aluminum carrier. The aluminum frame acts as a crush limiter and gasket retainer, keeping the gasket properly aligned and preventing over-compression. This ensures consistent sealing pressure across the pan and eliminates the risk of gasket movement during installation.

The kit also includes all necessary transfer port gaskets for the oil pressure and suction passages, along with alignment dowels to hold the gasket in position and simplify installation. Only small dabs of RTV are required at the front and rear corners, resulting in a cleaner, easier installation.

Please Note:

Make sure that extreme care is taken when cleaning the silicone from the pan. Do not use a power tool to clean the surface. If the surface is gouged or not flat the new gasket may not seal.
