The SPE CCV reroute kit is designed to prevent oil vapors from re-entering the intake system on 2011–2024 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke engines. By venting crankcase blow-by externally, this kit reduces the buildup of oil deposits that can cause valve gumming, intake sludge, and reduced engine performance. The venturi-style design eliminates the need for restrictive baffles and captures oil at the base of the nipple before it enters the hose, resulting in virtually no oil loss and no puddling under the truck.

Unlike the OEM crankcase vent system, which recirculates gases back into the intake due to emissions standards, this kit provides a cleaner solution that improves engine longevity. The included ¾” 100% silicone reinforced hose is specifically designed for oil applications and offers a larger diameter than competing kits. Its streamlined routing over the brake booster ensures optimal pressure flow with no sharp angles, reducing the risk of oil dripping or restrictions.
