The factory CP4 fuel pump on the 6.7L Powerstroke is notorious for reliability issues. The SPE Motorsport CP3 Conversion Kit was designed from the ground up to solve these problems while keeping all vital engine systems fully operational.
Unlike other pump setups, this conversion avoids timing issues and reduces load on the crank gear, preventing premature wear and catastrophic failures. By relocating the pump drive to the crankshaft snout with a proper-ratio pulley and serpentine belt, we eliminate the interference fit timing gear stress that has plagued stock systems for years. The serpentine belt system is robust, proven over decades of use, and simplifies installation while improving accessibility.
This is a 100% factory replacement system: no tuning, wiring, or jumpers are required. All factory fuel lines are retained, making it a true bolt-on solution.
