The SPE Motorsport injector return repair kit is designed as a permanent upgrade for the brittle, failure-prone factory return line nipple on 2011–2022 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke engines. The OEM nipple is a known weak point due to its size and location near the upper fuel filter, where it can easily break during service or while under pressure. A failure results in fuel spraying under the hood, creating a fire hazard and leaving the truck inoperable until repaired.

This repair kit replaces the fragile plastic components with a billet aluminum, black anodized design that is built to last. For 2011–2016 Powerstroke models, the kit includes an injector return manifold with a reference port for diagnostic use, such as fuel pressure readings or a fuel pressure gauge. For 2017–2022 Powerstroke models, the kit provides a simplified return body with custom-designed nylon retainer inserts and O-rings to maintain a factory-style connection.
