Improve charge-air flow and replace the factory hot-side intercooler pipe on your 2011–2025 Ford 6.7L Power Stroke with the SPE Motorsport 3" Hot Side Intercooler Pipe. Engineered as a direct-fit upgrade, this system combines a larger mandrel-bent aluminum pipe, billet turbocharger adapter, heavy-duty silicone couplers, and T-bolt clamps for a strong and reliable charge-air connection.

The 3-inch intercooler pipe is constructed from heavy-wall T6 aluminum and uses smooth mandrel bends with minimal changes in direction to help reduce airflow restriction. The system is designed to work with the factory turbocharger as well as many aftermarket turbocharger configurations, including most compatible non-VGT setups.

At the compressor outlet, SPE uses a billet 3-inch turbo adapter with a 5mm O-ring to provide a consistent seal as operating temperatures change. The adapter retains the factory-style snap-ring quick-connect design for straightforward installation while replacing the factory sealing arrangement. Two heavy-duty 5-ply silicone couplers provide durable connections, with the intercooler-side flex coupler incorporating additional reinforcement for increased strength.
