Designed to replace the undersized factory tank, this high-capacity upgrade allows you to travel farther between fill-ups—ideal for towing, long-distance travel, and off-road use.

S&B engineered this tank with fitment and durability as top priorities. The tank is contoured to maintain full driveshaft clearance throughout suspension travel, eliminating the risk of contact or interference. Instead of traditional straps, a heavy-duty front cradle mount is used for increased strength and reliability, especially in off-road conditions. Internal anti-wave baffles are molded into the tank to control fuel movement and reduce sloshing caused by the increased capacity.

This tank features a patent-pending integrated fuel sump, eliminating the need to cut or modify the tank for aftermarket fuel system plumbing. Simply drill and tap the designated 5/8-inch port and connect directly to your fuel system. The factory sending unit installs directly into the tank using standard procedures, with no special tools or modifications required. Brass vent and rollover fittings are included, along with an integrated transfer pump fitting that allows fuel to be drawn directly from the tank.

Constructed from high-density crosslinked polyethylene and secured with double-coated stainless steel hardware, this tank is built for long-term durability and corrosion resistance. Like all S&B fuel tanks, it is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.
