S&B Tanks 10-1000 56 Gallon Midship Replacement Fuel Tank

Upgrade the driving range of your 2011–2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke Crew Cab Short Bed with the S&B 56-Gallon Midship Replacement Fuel Tank. This high-capacity tank replaces the factory 26-gallon unit, more than doubling your fuel capacity for extended towing, off-road travel, and long-distance driving.

Engineered with fitment and durability in mind, S&B designed this tank to maintain full driveshaft clearance throughout suspension travel, eliminating the risk of contact or interference. A heavy-duty front cradle mount is used instead of traditional straps, providing increased strength and reliability in demanding off-road conditions. Internal anti-wave baffles are molded into the tank to control fuel movement and reduce sloshing as capacity increases.

Unlike traditional aftermarket setups that require cutting the tank to add a sump, this tank features a patent-pending integrated fuel sump with a swirl baffle. Simply drill and tap a 5/8-inch hole at the designated location to plumb directly into your fuel system. The tank reuses the factory sending unit with no special tools or modifications required, and integrated fittings follow internal channels for a clean installation.

Constructed from high-density crosslinked polyethylene and supported by double-coated stainless steel hardware, this tank is built for long-term durability. Brass vent and rollover fittings are included, along with a dedicated transfer pump fitting for future expansion. The entire system is backed by S&B’s limited lifetime warranty.
