S&B Filters 83-1000 Cold Side Intercooler Pipe

Upgrade the intercooler system on your 2011–2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke with the S&B Cold Side Intercooler Pipe (83-1000). This upgrade replaces the failure-prone factory cold-side pipe, which is known to split or leak under increased boost and heavy load conditions.

This cold-side intercooler pipe is constructed from a large-diameter polished aluminum tube designed to improve airflow while offering substantially more strength than the factory component. The increased diameter and smooth internal surface help reduce restriction, supporting improved performance and throttle response.

Included with the kit are heavy-duty 5-ply aramid-reinforced silicone couplers and 3/4-inch wide stainless steel spring-loaded T-bolt clamps to ensure a secure, leak-free connection under high boost.
