S&S Diesel Fuel Injectors - Set | 2007.5-2010 Duramax LMM

S&S Diesel Motorsport performance fuel injectors are manufactured using advanced machining, calibration, and testing procedures to ensure consistent fuel delivery and dependable performance. Each injector set is carefully built and validated to maintain balanced fueling across all cylinders while meeting strict quality standards.

A proprietary nozzle honing process is used to produce clean, precise nozzle holes that promote consistent fuel atomization. Nozzles are flow-matched within 1% variance per set using OEM testing standards, while completed injectors are flow-matched within 3% variance per set (excluding TorqueMaster injectors) to maintain balanced cylinder fueling.

All injectors are tested using Viscor SAE-J967 procedures at 40°C and 100 bar to verify accurate fuel delivery. Each injector is also evaluated at four different pressure and energizing points to ensure proper operation across a range of conditions. Injection rate profiles are aligned within each set to help maintain consistent combustion and engine performance.

Higher-flow injector sizes include additional engineering changes to maintain proper injection characteristics. Injectors rated at 250% (approximately 3200 cc/min) and above feature internal body modifications designed to improve injection rate shape and compensate for slower opening and closing speeds caused by increased nozzle flow.
