S&S Diesel Fuel Injectors - Set | 2006-2007 Duramax LBZ

S&S Diesel Motorsport performance fuel injectors are manufactured using precise machining, calibration, and testing procedures to ensure reliable performance and consistent fuel delivery. Each injector set is carefully built and validated to maintain balanced fueling across all cylinders while meeting strict quality standards.

A proprietary nozzle honing process is used during production to create clean and consistent nozzle holes, improving fuel atomization and injector consistency. Nozzles are flow-matched within 1% variance per set using OEM testing standards. Complete injectors are then matched within 3% variance per set (excluding TorqueMaster injectors) to help maintain uniform fueling across the engine.

All injectors are tested using Viscor SAE-J967 standards at 40°C and multiple pressure and energizing points. This testing ensures proper injector performance across different operating conditions. Injection rate profiles are also aligned to help maintain consistent combustion characteristics and smooth engine operation.

For larger injector sizes, additional internal modifications are implemented to maintain proper injection behavior. Injectors rated at 250% (approximately 3200 cc/min) and above receive internal body modifications that improve injection rate shape and compensate for slower opening and closing speeds caused by higher nozzle flow rates.

Injector sizing follows the industry standard of percentage increase in nozzle flow compared to stock.
