Each injector is carefully built and tested to meet strict quality standards, ensuring accurate fuel delivery and repeatable performance across every matched set.

Advanced machining and calibration techniques are used during production, including a proprietary nozzle honing process that ensures clean, consistent nozzle holes for improved atomization. Each nozzle is flow-matched to within 1% variance per set using OEM testing standards, while complete injectors are matched within 3% variance to maintain balanced fueling across all cylinders.

All injectors are tested using Viscor SAE-J967 procedures at 40°C and multiple pressure and energizing points to ensure precise performance under real-world operating conditions. Injection rate profiles are also aligned across each set to maintain consistent combustion characteristics and engine performance.
