Designed for 2017–2026 Ford Super Duty trucks, this premium upgrade replaces the factory plastic engine-mounted fuel filter housing and injector return fitting with precision-machined billet aluminum components to eliminate common fuel leak issues while maintaining OEM-level filtration performance.
Rather than reusing the factory plastic filter cup, the S&S system features a billet aluminum two-post filter mount paired with a Donaldson spin-on fuel filter. This design delivers the factory filtration specification of 4-micron absolute at 99% efficiency while providing nearly twice the dirt-holding capacity of the OEM filter. An included billet aluminum injector return fitting replaces another common plastic failure point, creating a more durable and dependable fuel system.
