Designed to address low-fuel pickup issues, this upgraded sending unit helps keep fuel available to the lift pump as the tank approaches empty.

The sending unit incorporates a Venturi jet pump powered by the aftermarket lift pump to continuously transfer fuel into the sending unit reservoir. Keeping the reservoir supplied helps reduce the potential for fuel starvation, sputtering, and inconsistent fuel delivery when the overall tank level becomes low.

Constructed with OEM-grade materials, the 86-2004 is designed as a plug-and-play solution compatible with both OEM and applicable S&B fuel tanks. Installation does not require modification to the fuel tank or factory sending unit, providing a straightforward solution for trucks already equipped with an aftermarket lift pump.
