S&B FILTERS COLD AIR INTAKE KIT 75-5102 & 75-5102D | 2004.5-2005 6.6L DURAMAX LLY

Improve airflow into your 2004–2005 Chevy or GMC 6.6L Duramax LLY with the S&B Cold Air Intake. Engineered to reduce intake restriction, this system flows up to 43.69% more air than the factory intake while providing the engine with a cooler, less restrictive source of incoming air.

The fully enclosed airbox helps isolate the filter from hot underhood air while protecting it from dirt and debris. An additional air inlet in the bottom of the airbox increases available airflow, while a large silicone fender seal helps prevent hot engine-bay air from entering the intake system.

A large, high-efficiency air filter provides increased filtration surface area while supporting the system's higher airflow capacity. Depending on the selected configuration, the intake is available with either S&B's 8-layer cleanable cotton filter media or dry extendable filter media.

For convenient maintenance, the airbox features S&B's snap-in clear lid, allowing the filter to be visually inspected without disassembling the intake. When service is required, the lid can be removed using the integrated pull tab for quick access to the filter.
