S&S Injector Upgrades
- Proprietary nozzle honing process for clean and consistent holes
- Nozzles flow-matched to 1% variance per set, using OE standards
- Tested to Viscor SAE-J967 at 40°C and 100 bar
- Injectors flow-matched to 3% variance per set (except TorqueMaster)
- Validated at 4 different pressure/energizing points per injector
- Injection profiles (rate shape) aligned for consistency
- Injector build spec custom-matched to nozzle flow rate for each size
- Includes internal modifications (piezo mod)

The industry uses % increase in nozzle flow over stock as the sizing convention. Available sizes:

Return Policy: All returns (not core returns) are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds will only be issued once the item is received in new and unused condition.
