The CP4 pump has a history of sudden failure, often leading to complete power loss and costly high-pressure fuel system damage exceeding $10,000. Direct Drop-In Solution: Developed by S&S Diesel Motorsport® in partnership with PurePower, this kit replaces the CP4 with a proven Stanadyne DCR high-pressure fuel pump. Specifically engineered for the 6.7 Powerstroke, the DCR pump matches the CP4 output curve and requires no ECU recalibration. The kit uses OE-grade braided hose and steel fuel lines for a factory-fit appearance and dependable performance.

Durable DCR High-Pressure Fuel Pump: The two-piston DCR pump features a compact, modular design for seamless integration. It offers low hydraulic and acoustical noise, ultra-fast response times, and compatibility with biofuel and low-lubricity fuels. Its patented eccentric drive pumping technology, paired with a pressure-lubricated cam and bushings, delivers exceptional durability and efficiency. The corrosion-resistant fuel control actuator (FCA) prevents debris intrusion, ensuring long service life in harsh conditions. With a maximum fuel delivery of 1,250 mm³ per revolution—25% more than the CP4.2—the DCR pump provides ample flow, even for worn injectors with high return rates.

Installation Notes: For 2011–2016 models, the vacuum pump gasket is one-time use and must be replaced. It is recommended to add this gasket to the order for a complete installation. Most other gaskets and seals can be reused if undamaged, but the MAHLE GS33697 fuel injection pump mounting gasket kit is available for those who prefer new gaskets and includes the required vacuum pump gasket.
