Replace the restrictive factory exhaust manifolds and up-pipes on your GM 6.6L Duramax LB7 with the PPE 116111235 High-Flow Exhaust Manifolds & Up-Pipes. Engineered to improve exhaust flow, reduce backpressure, and increase turbocharger efficiency, this premium exhaust system is designed to deliver improved performance, lower exhaust gas temperatures, and enhanced reliability.

The high-flow manifolds are constructed from durable high-silicon moly cast iron and paired with heavy-duty stainless steel up-pipes featuring aircraft-grade internally sleeved bellows. The larger internal diameter and free-flowing design help maximize exhaust flow, improve turbo spool-up, and support increased horsepower and fuel efficiency.

To further improve thermal management and durability, the manifolds and up-pipes feature a silver ceramic coating. Originally developed for military and aerospace applications, ceramic coating creates a thermal barrier that helps retain exhaust heat within the system while reducing surface temperatures and thermal cycling. The coating also provides long-lasting protection against moisture, road salts, fuel, oil, and other corrosive contaminants.
