Upgrade the durability, airflow, and performance of your 2001–2004 GM 6.6L Duramax LB7 with the PPE 110100111 Cast Iron Ported Cylinder Head. Designed to eliminate the common weaknesses of the factory aluminum cylinder heads, this premium cylinder head combines heavy-duty cast iron construction with precision CNC porting for improved reliability and increased airflow.

Manufactured from specially alloyed gray cast iron, this cylinder head offers superior resistance to heat, fatigue, and thermal cycling. Unlike the factory aluminum heads, the cast iron construction shares the same expansion characteristics as the Duramax engine block, helping eliminate head gasket scrubbing and reducing the risk of blown head gaskets.

The CNC-ported intake and exhaust runners are machined using a 5-axis process to improve airflow efficiency, helping increase horsepower, torque, throttle response, and overall engine efficiency while reducing turbo lag.
