PPE Extreme-Duty Forged Steering Assembly

Upgrade your steering with a system built to handle more—more power, more tire, and more abuse. Designed for 2001–2023 GM 2500/3500HD trucks, this Extreme-Duty Steering Kit eliminates weak points in the factory setup and delivers the strength, control, and confidence needed for towing, off-road use, sled pulling, or high-performance applications.

At the heart of the kit is a forged OE-style (dog-leg) center link, upgraded to a massive 1.5-inch diameter with a 7/8-inch drill for maximum rigidity. It pairs with PPE Extreme-Duty Forged Pitman and Idler Arms, both equipped with replaceable dual bearings to increase lifespan and simplify maintenance.

The included Stage 3 Forged Tie Rod Assemblies are engineered for serious durability. With 1.5-inch wide forged tie rods, oversized 2 1/3-inch ball joints, and a larger adjustable inner ball joint, they provide unmatched strength and steering precision. PPE outer tie rod ends feature a spring-loaded gusher bearing that maintains constant pressure, reducing wear and improving long-term performance.
