The PPE 116112500 High-Flow Exhaust Manifolds With Up-Pipes Kit is designed as a premium replacement for your GM 6.6L Duramax L5P, delivering improved airflow, horsepower, and turbo response. The manifolds are cast from high-silicon molybdenum iron, providing exceptional strength and durability, while remaining compatible with factory heat shields. The included aircraft-grade 304 stainless steel up-pipes feature internally sleeved bellows with an increased 2-inch inner diameter for optimized flow and reduced exhaust back-pressure. This design lowers exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), enhances turbo spool-up, and contributes to improved fuel economy and long-term reliability. Manifold gaskets are coated with a protective molybdenum compound to ensure a secure, leak-free seal. Each up-pipe is constructed from 11-gauge, 0.120” wall stainless steel for strength and longevity.
