Restore dependable top-end performance in your Ford 6.7L Power Stroke with the Powerstroke Products Loaded Stock O-Ring Cylinder Head. Designed as a direct replacement for the right (passenger-side) cylinder head, this assembly is built from a brand-new casting and arrives fully assembled for a straightforward installation.
The cylinder head comes loaded with new valves, valve springs, and seals, eliminating the need to transfer these components from the original head. Because the assembly uses a new casting, no core is required, making it a convenient replacement for daily-driven, towing, work, and mild-performance applications.
The integrated O-ring design provides additional combustion sealing support when paired with the appropriate MLS head gasket. For 6.7L Power Stroke applications, head studs and a hot retorque are recommended to promote proper clamping and long-term sealing performance.

Installation Notes
- Use with an MLS (Multi-Layer Steel) head gasket only.
- Designed for use with ZD-18 orange glow plugs, Ford part number BC3Z-12A342-C.
- Head studs and a hot retorque are recommended on 6.7L Power Stroke cylinder head installations.
