The Powerstroke Products Loaded O-Ring Cylinder Head with Heavy-Duty Valve Springs (Right), part number PP-6.7FHhdvsRight-O, is designed for high-performance 2011–2016 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke builds. This upgraded cylinder head offers a “build it once” solution for drivers planning future engine modifications.

A precision o-ringed sealing surface combined with upgraded heavy-duty valve springs allows this head to support increased cylinder pressure and aggressive performance upgrades. It is well-suited for applications running larger injectors, aftermarket turbochargers, and advanced tuning while maintaining reliability.

This cylinder head arrives fully assembled with valves, seals, and heavy-duty valve springs installed, making it ready for installation on the right (passenger) side of the engine. It is backed by a one-year unlimited mileage warranty. Please note that o-ring cylinder heads are not compatible with Fel-Pro head gaskets.
