The No Limit Fabrication 67ICR172 raw stage 2 air-to-water intercooler is designed to enhance turbocharger performance in Ford 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. Built with a 55% larger core and billet end tanks, this intercooler delivers improved airflow, throttle response, and reliability compared to the factory unit. It can provide up to a 2 PSI boost increase, faster spool-up times, and lower exhaust gas temperatures (EGTs), resulting in better drivability and performance.

Independent testing shows cruising and peak EGT reductions of 50–100 degrees, along with noticeable improvements in throttle response, low-end torque, and overall power.
