Designed and manufactured in the USA, this complete conversion replaces the factory variable geometry turbocharger with a BorgWarner S300-series non-VGT turbo, delivering improved reliability, increased airflow, and exceptional performance for towing, street, competition, and high-horsepower applications.

Developed through extensive CAD engineering, testing, and real-world racing, this system is engineered for precise fitment and long-term durability. Every fabricated and machined component is produced in-house using premium materials to ensure superior quality. The modular design also allows the kit to be upgraded to one of MPP's compound turbo systems in the future without replacing the entire setup.

Multiple turbocharger sizes are available to match everything from stock-fuel daily drivers to fully built competition trucks, allowing you to choose the ideal balance of spool-up, drivability, and peak horsepower.

Available Turbo Options:

• 363/68: Quick spool, rated up to 525 HP, ideal for 2011–2014 trucks with stock fuel.
• 364.5/74: Rated up to 600 HP, recommended for 2011–2014 trucks with a 2015+ CP4 conversion or 2015+ stock-fuel trucks.
• 366/74: Rated up to 675 HP, ideal for trucks equipped with a stroker CP4 pump.
• 369/74: Rated up to 750 HP, recommended for stroker pump applications with small injector upgrades.
• 372/74: Rated up to 900 HP, designed for stroker pump applications with larger injectors.

Important Notes:

• Trucks already equipped with a complete 2015+ VGT retrofit should order the 2015–2019 version of this kit.
• On 2011–2014 applications, BD exhaust manifolds require modification to the passenger-side manifold and turbo front cover for compatibility.
