The S&B Filters 83-2004 hot-side intercooler pipe is designed to improve airflow into the engine of Ford pickup applications. This two-piece charge air pipe kit includes aramid-reinforced silicone hoses and heavy-duty clamps for reliable, long-term performance. The 4-ply silicone hose features an oil-resistant FKM liner, ensuring durability and longevity compared to factory components. Installation is straightforward with included spring-loaded T-bolt clamps featuring a 3/4" stainless-steel band and bridge for added strength.
Maximized Performance: The S&B hot-side intercooler pipe replaces the weak factory pipe known for boost leaks and failures, delivering improved reliability and airflow.
Less Restriction & More Airflow: Featuring a 3.0" diameter polished aluminum CAC pipe, this unit is 40% larger than stock, offering reduced restriction and enhanced airflow for better overall performance.
Better, Stronger Material: The 4-ply aramid-reinforced silicone coupler with FKM lining is stronger and more resilient than the factory hose. Paired with heavy-duty spring-loaded T-bolt clamps, this kit is engineered for long-lasting durability under boost.
