Fleece SureFlo Performance Fuel Tank Sending Unit FPE-SF-FMC-1116-SB

The Fleece SureFlo Performance Sending Unit (FPE-SF-FMC-1116-SB) is designed for short bed 2011–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 6.7L Powerstroke trucks running aftermarket lift pumps. This unit provides a reliable alternative to external pump setups that typically require drilling the fuel tank for a sump or draw straw—modifications that can introduce air into the fuel system and lead to common 1/4-tank fuel starvation issues.

Engineered to install directly into the factory sending unit location, the SureFlo features OE-style quick-disconnect fittings that adapt seamlessly to the factory fuel lines. This design eliminates the need for cutting or drilling the fuel tank while maintaining a clean, factory-style installation.

Fuel is both drawn from and returned to the internal bucket assembly at the bottom of the unit, ensuring the lift pump consistently receives fuel rather than air. Integrated one-way check valves allow fuel to enter the bucket even at low fuel levels, preventing cavitation and eliminating low-fuel drivability issues. This sending unit is also an excellent solution for replacing a failing factory sender or for builders planning to run custom fuel lines directly to the tank.
