The Fleece SureFlo Performance Sending Unit (FPE-SF-FMC-1116-LB) is designed to integrate seamlessly with aftermarket lift pumps on long bed 2011–2016 Ford F-250 and F-350 6.7L Powerstroke trucks. This solution eliminates the need for fuel tank drilling, sumps, or draw straws—common modifications that can introduce air into the fuel system and lead to cavitation or persistent 1/4-tank fuel issues.

Engineered to install directly into the factory sending unit location, the SureFlo utilizes OE-style quick-disconnect fittings to adapt factory fuel lines at the tank. Fuel is both drawn from and returned to the internal bucket assembly, ensuring the lift pump always receives a steady fuel supply rather than air. Integrated one-way check valves allow fuel to enter the bucket even at low fuel levels, maintaining consistent delivery and eliminating fuel starvation.
