Upgrade the fuel delivery system on your 6.7L Powerstroke with the Fleece PowerFlo In-Tank Lift Pump Kit (FPE-PF-FMC-1116-SB). Designed as a complete, plug-and-play solution, this system replaces the factory in-tank sending unit while also upgrading the frame-mounted fuel filtration to deliver improved flow, quieter operation, and increased reliability.

This kit includes a new in-tank PowerFlo lift pump assembly and a frame-mounted filter base equipped with a Donaldson fuel filter to replace the factory pump and filter housing. Installation is straightforward and requires no cutting, splicing, or modification of factory fuel lines, wiring, or the fuel tank. The upgraded filter base mounts directly in the OE filter housing location and retains factory diagnostics, including the water-in-fuel sensor.

At the core of the system are dual ultra-quiet gerotor pumps that work together to provide increased flow capacity while maintaining smooth, consistent fuel delivery. This design allows the PowerFlo system to support engines producing up to 800 horsepower. An integrated active fill bucket eliminates the need for tank sumps or draw straws and helps prevent common fuel starvation issues. For custom fuel plumbing, the pump outlet and return ports are threaded to accept -8 O-ring fittings.

For maximum performance, this system can be paired with the optional Fleece under-hood filter base and fuel heater to create a comprehensive fuel delivery upgrade for your Powerstroke.
