Upgrade the fuel delivery system in your GM 6.6L Duramax LML with the Fleece Performance PowerFlo Lift Pump. Designed as a direct in-tank replacement for the factory pump, the PowerFlo provides increased fuel flow to support applications producing up to approximately 800 horsepower while maintaining a clean, factory-style installation.

The PowerFlo utilizes dual OEM-quality gerotor pumps to provide consistent fuel delivery and increased reliability compared to the factory pump. The additional flow capacity makes the system suitable for higher-horsepower applications, including compatible dual CP3 configurations.

Because the PowerFlo installs inside the factory fuel tank, it retains the factory fuel lines and integrates with the existing fuel system without requiring a frame-mounted pump, tank sump, or draw straw. Fleece's active fill bucket technology maintains fuel around the pumps and helps eliminate the quarter-tank fuel delivery issues commonly associated with some aftermarket lift pump systems.

For custom fuel system configurations, the pump outlet and return ports are threaded to accept -8 O-ring fittings with 3/4"-16 threads. This allows custom fuel lines or aftermarket filtration components to be incorporated while retaining the benefits of the in-tank PowerFlo pump.

Recommended Fuel Filter Upgrade

The optional Fleece FPE-DMAX-HFFBA-1116 Auxiliary Heated Fuel Filter Kit replaces the factory fuel filter housing with an upgraded filter base featuring an integral high-flow fuel heater, Water-In-Fuel sensor provision, and Donaldson spin-on canister-style fuel filter. It mounts in the factory location and is designed to provide increased fuel heating and filtration capacity for demanding applications and cold-weather operation.
