Upgrade the factory fuel delivery system in your Ram 2500 or 3500 6.7L Cummins with the Fleece Performance PowerFlo Lift Pump. Designed as a direct in-tank replacement, the PowerFlo provides increased fuel flow without the noise, tank sumps, draw straws, or quarter-tank fuel delivery issues commonly associated with traditional high-flow lift pump systems.

The PowerFlo utilizes dual OEM-quality gerotor pumps that have undergone more than 12,000 hours of testing. The system flows approximately 170 GPH at 15 PSI and is capable of supporting applications producing up to approximately 800 RWHP, including compatible dual CP3 configurations.

Fleece's active fill bucket technology maintains fuel supply around the pumps without requiring a tank sump or draw straw. This design helps eliminate the quarter-tank issues that can occur with some aftermarket fuel systems while retaining quiet in-tank operation.

Installation is designed around the factory fuel system. The PowerFlo retains the factory Water-In-Fuel sensor, fuel heater, and fuel lines while utilizing factory-style connections for a straightforward installation. For custom fuel systems, the pump outlet and return ports are threaded to accept -8 O-ring fittings with 3/4"-16 threads.

A regulated return helps prevent excessive fuel pressure, while the in-tank configuration provides quiet operation and a clean installation without adding an external frame-mounted pump assembly.
