The Fleece Performance Intake Manifold & Grid Heater Upgrade for the 2007.5-2024 Ram 2500/3500/4500/5500 6.7L Cummins improves airflow, throttle response, and long-term reliability by replacing the restrictive factory intake horn and failure-prone OE style grid heater. Featuring a precision machined cast aluminum high-flow intake horn and plate, this direct-fit upgrade helps reduce intake restriction while eliminating the risk associated with factory grid heater nut failures.

Designed for broad vehicle compatibility, this kit fits both pickup and Cab & Chassis applications, including dual alternator-equipped trucks. Installation is simplified with labeled electrical connections, a clearly organized hardware kit, and all required gaskets included. The system also retains compatibility with factory high-pressure fuel lines, eliminating the need for proprietary replacements.

For cold weather performance, the included 700W high-flow coil heater is optimized for efficient intake air heating and improved cold-start capability. Optional dual-heater configurations provide reliable starting performance in temperatures as low as -31°F (-35°C).
