Replace a damaged, cracked, or warped passenger-side cylinder head on your 2006–2010 GM 6.6L Duramax LBZ or LMM with the Fleece Performance FPE-61-10003-P Freedom Series Cylinder Head. This remanufactured cylinder head is designed as a direct-fit replacement and is professionally prepared to meet or exceed OEM specifications.

Each Freedom Series cylinder head undergoes a comprehensive remanufacturing process at the Freedom Racing Engines facility. The head is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, pressure tested, leak tested, and decked to provide a proper sealing surface and dependable long-term operation.

The cylinder head is reassembled with new valve guides, valve springs, valve seals, and injector cups, providing refreshed critical components for a complete cylinder head replacement. No core charge is required, eliminating the need to return your original cylinder head.
