Upgrade the fuel delivery and filtration system on your 2011–2016 Ford F-250/F-350 6.7L Powerstroke with the FASS Titanium Signature Series 140GPH Fuel System. Designed for stock to moderately modified trucks, this complete replacement system delivers consistent fuel pressure and volume to support aggressive tuning and fuel system upgrades up to 700 horsepower.

Rated at 140 gallons per hour and operating at high pressure, this system is engineered to provide clean, air-free fuel to protect sensitive injection components. Advanced filtration features include a 2-micron fuel filter, integrated water separation, and FASS’s patented air and vapor separation process, all working together to extend injector and injection system life.

This kit includes the FASS BHF-1005 bulkhead and suction tube assembly, machined from 6061 T6 billet aluminum. The bulkhead mounts directly to the factory fuel tank module, allowing the system to draw and return fuel efficiently while eliminating common 1/4-tank and 1/8-tank fuel starvation issues. The PTFE Teflon pickup tube can be trimmed to accommodate different tank depths, allowing safe operation down to near-empty when installed correctly.

Noise reduction and flow efficiency are enhanced through FASS Whisper Technology, which significantly lowers operating sound while increasing fuel flow. Performance Radius Cuts inside the aluminum housing promote smooth fuel movement and prevent air reintroduction. Mass Flow Return technology continuously polishes fuel by maintaining positive pressure and returning unused, filtered fuel back to the tank.
