FASS STK-1002 Suction Tube Kit

The FASS STK-1002 Suction Tube Kit offers a clean, efficient solution for plumbing an aftermarket fuel pump without modifying the factory filler neck. Designed to streamline installation, this kit allows both the fuel supply and return lines to be routed directly through a single bulkhead fitting.

Precision machined from 6061 T6 billet aluminum, the bulkhead fitting features a 5/8-inch suction tube port paired with a 1/2-inch fuel return port. This configuration improves overall fuel delivery while reducing common low-fuel issues that can occur with restrictive pickup setups.

The included suction tube is constructed from PTFE Teflon and can be trimmed to accommodate varying fuel tank depths. When installed correctly, this setup allows safe operation down to approximately 1/8 tank of fuel. The increased suction capacity makes this kit an excellent match for high-volume fuel systems, including FASS Titanium Series applications.

Please note that this suction tube kit installs directly into the fuel tank and does not utilize the factory in-tank sending unit module.
