Designed for stock to high-performance applications, this complete fueling solution delivers consistent pressure and volume to support aggressive tuning and fuel system upgrades up to 700 horsepower.

Rated at 140 gallons per hour and operating at high pressure, this Titanium Signature Series Plus system provides clean, air-free fuel to protect sensitive injection components. Advanced filtration includes a fine 2-micron rating, integrated water separation, and FASS’s patented air and vapor removal process, all working together to extend injector and fuel system life.

This no-drop kit includes the FASS BHF-1005 bulkhead and suction tube assembly, machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. The bulkhead mounts directly to the factory fuel tank module, allowing fuel to be drawn from and returned to the tank without removing it. The PTFE Teflon pickup tube can be trimmed to match various tank depths, effectively eliminating common 1/4-tank and 1/8-tank fuel starvation issues when installed correctly.

The Titanium Signature Series Plus system features upgraded ORB (O-ring boss) fittings, black anodized 6061 aluminum fittings, and black fuel line for a clean, professional installation. Noise is minimized through FASS Silencing Technology, while Performance Radius Cuts improve fuel flow and prevent air reintroduction. Mass Flow Return technology continuously polishes fuel by maintaining positive pressure and returning unused, filtered fuel back to the tank. Bolt-on mounting brackets utilize factory bed bolts for a fast, drill-free installation, and the included fuel sump provides a stable fuel reservoir under demanding conditions.
