The FASS NDTSPC13290F240G No-Drop Kit Titanium Series Plus 240GPH Fuel System & Sump is the ultimate upgrade for your GM 6.6L Duramax L5P fuel system. Rated at 240 gallons per hour, this lift pump is engineered for high-performance builds (900–1200HP) and delivers unmatched filtration and reliability. Designed as a No-Drop kit, installation is simplified with the included sump, eliminating the need to remove your fuel tank and saving time and labor costs.

Titanium Signature Series Plus: The Plus line is the evolution of the renowned Titanium Signature Series. It features ORB (O-Ring Boss) fittings, 6061 aluminum black anodized fittings, and black fuel lines for a clean, professional installation.

FASS Innovations:

  • FASS Silencing Technology (FST): Minimizes pump noise using radius cuts, tighter gear tolerances, and a military-grade coating.
  • Performance Radius Cuts (PRC): Enhances fuel flow and prevents reintroduction of air or vapor by eliminating sharp angles and stagnant fuel pockets.
  • Mass Flow Return (MFR): Keeps fuel under constant positive pressure while continuously “polishing” unused fuel before returning it to the tank for maximum cleanliness and performance.
