Designed for extreme performance and competition use, this complete fuel system delivers the volume, pressure, and filtration required to support aggressive tuning and high-horsepower fuel system upgrades.

Rated at 240 gallons per hour and operating at high pressure, this Titanium Signature Series system is capable of supplying enough fuel to support 900–1200 horsepower applications. Advanced filtration technology includes a fine micron fuel filter, integrated water separation, and FASS Fuel Systems’ patented air and vapor removal process, all working together to protect injectors and extend the life of your fuel injection system.

Installation is simplified with the included no-drop fuel sump, which eliminates the need to remove the fuel tank. The sump draws fuel from the bottom of the tank and creates a stable fuel reservoir, helping prevent starvation during hard acceleration or low fuel conditions. Dedicated suction and return ports allow for clean, straightforward fuel line routing.

Performance and refinement are further enhanced through FASS Whisper Technology to reduce pump noise, Performance Radius Cuts to improve internal fuel flow and prevent air reintroduction, and Mass Flow Return technology to continuously polish fuel by maintaining positive pressure and returning unused, filtered fuel back to the tank.
